To sum up my recent experience in one word it would be OUTSTANDING! From the assistance provided by Charles, my service advisor, to the maintenance supervisor, down to the mechanic turning the wrenches, a OUTSTANDING! From the assistance provided by Charles, my service advisor, to the maintenance supervisor, down to the mechanic turning the wrenches, all those folks are top notch. I had service done on Monday on my 2016 Honda Pilot for a timing belt and water pump replacement and alternator belt replacement and the work was done right on time. Tuesday I experienced an unrelated problem, called Auto Nation Honda and was back in the shop in less than one hour. Three hours later the problem was resolved and, on top of that, preventive maintenance was performed at no additional cost. Hat's off to the company and staff! I'm one happy customer and I know I can depend on Auto Nation Honda to keep my Pilot running like new. More

Cost a bit more then I hoped, but the service needed was important to me thus I agreed with the service agent to let them do the job. I am normally cautious with dealer repair / maintenance service. I have had very bad bad service issues with others. Burned too many times. However, This was the second time I had Honda of West Knoxville service this car. I am confident they performed the jobs correctly. I will continue to have service on this car performed by this Honda dealer More
