Dealt with Tanner and Riad. Both were amazingly professional. The whole process took less than a full day. We showed up Monday evening and did a test drive. We arrived close to closing so we told them to send us the preliminary numbers in an email. We received the numbers that night. I talked the issues over and we came to agreement on Tuesday morning. After work Tuesday, we showed up. In a crazy surprise, the final numbers were 4 dollars a month less than initially quoted. Meaning they didn't try to play games or do a bait and switch or anything questionable with the financing and numbers. It was, quite literally, the easiest and best dealer experience I have had.
