This was my first oil change at the dealership since buying the car and Brad (the tall guy) was so nice. When I first drove up, the gentleman I spoke with said he would be with me but never came over, s buying the car and Brad (the tall guy) was so nice. I was shocked to realize it took2hrs and 30 min to get oil change, wiper blades, and cabin filter.
