I've been taking my Pilot Touring for 6 years since it was purchased from AutoNation. My visit this time was especially pleasant as the service advisor Brad Skinner did everything to make sure I was infor was purchased from AutoNation. My visit this time was especially pleasant as the service advisor Brad Skinner did everything to make sure I was informed during the process. He even took the time to get my husband on the phone to make sure there was a clear understanding of a missing bulkhead clip my husband had mentioned. While I was waiting for my car, Brad even came by to tell me that it was being worked on. I super appreciated his attentiveness! Thank you! More
