I am very dissatisfied with Auto Nation Honda's business practice of substituting non-OE parts and addtives during oil change as a routine unless the customer opts out. Our most recent service appointment practice of substituting non-OE parts and addtives during oil change as a routine unless the customer opts out. Our most recent service appointment on July 27 (invoice # 786543) reflects that this substitution was made again during oil change on our 2019 Honda CR-V in spite of my verbal request at the time of scheduling with Rebecca to have only Honda parts used. I saw my comments reflected on the service schedule notes at the time of check-in with Jordan so I was confident that this would be honored. We were recently informed about your non-OE oil filter substitution practice by a Honda mechanic in the community. We hope that you will reconsider your communication practices at the service desk to give customer preference more weight. More

Access to service and scheduling is excellent. Accommodations while I wait for car service is very good. Only thing missing is a food court like the one down the street at Toyota. The last two service appointments I have had were not what I expected. One had a treatment added on to my oil change that was not asked for nor needed. The other, I was told alignment would not be done what I expected. One had a treatment added on to my oil change that was not asked for nor needed. The other, I was told alignment would not be done if it wasn’t needed but was done anyway with all four wheels being in acceptable range. Not sure where my next service will be done More
