I bought a 2019 Honda CR-V EXL at this location a year ago. I had a crack in one of my fog lights and scheduled an appointment to have it fixed. We had bought all the extended coverages on this vehicle. T ago. I had a crack in one of my fog lights and scheduled an appointment to have it fixed. We had bought all the extended coverages on this vehicle. The light lens did not look like it was hit by anything and about a few days ago I noticed the light had condensation inside of it with no cracks. Anyway the service guy says it’s not covered and it would be $450 with labor. Anyway they then said they couldn’t even repair it because they DID NOT HAVE the part nor could they ORDER IT!!!!???? What??? A car that’s one year old?? Anyway they said I could but put on “a list” and they could call me if and when they get it. So I call another Honda dealer in town and they have the part... stay away from Autonation Honda on Parkside Drive... More

This is a review on SEAN FAILS My name is Alex. I dealt with Oscar at first he is such amazing and very welcoming service person to deal with. But when I came back to pick up my car My name is Alex. I dealt with Oscar at first he is such amazing and very welcoming service person to deal with. But when I came back to pick up my car Oscar Agulara was off that day and I had to deal with this extremely rude person whose name is SEAN FAILS. He was not professional nor he was welcoming. I like Autonation west Knoxville and I bought my vehicle from them. Their customer service is exceptional but I came across Sean Fails and he was just being smart. I’m not satisfied with the way he treated me. He was being very hateful towards me! More

Service Department - Terrible Experience My daughter took her Accord in for service, the service advisor treated her like she was a 5 yr old child. Not sure if he was hitting on her or if tha My daughter took her Accord in for service, the service advisor treated her like she was a 5 yr old child. Not sure if he was hitting on her or if that's how he talks to everyone, but it was not acceptable. I seriously doubt if Brad would've quizzed my about what type of oil my car needs! Needless to say, we will never visit this dealership again unless the GM would like to meet with me in person and apologize to my daughter. More
