Sales people are not forthcoming (made mistake of buying package where we were promised car paint would be touched up for any nicks in the first year. Automatic door making mechanical noise when it closed in cold weather. Couldn’t replicate noise at dealership, but it was noted so if it ever returned, they would fix it free of charge since it happened at under 5k miles. Brought it back,l for oil change. Sales person heard noise. Said it needed to be fixed. Honda agreed they would pay half. The sales manager asked us not to submit a review until he could “rectify the situation”. It was never rectified and a review was never submitted. More
