Service writer Danny captured the details of my service requirements exactly & precisely. Unfortunately, the "newbie" Express Service technician did not follow the instructions as written, and my wait was requirements exactly & precisely. Unfortunately, the "newbie" Express Service technician did not follow the instructions as written, and my wait was extended until everything requested was done. Service Writer Danny apologized for the "rookie" technicians oversight, and kept me informed during the delay. In the end, Danny helped me by discounting the service charge. In his words, "I can't give you back the extra time you had to wait, but I can give you back some of your money". He was absolutely correct, and gracious in doing that for me. I'll never know who the service technician was, and that is probably all the better. Here's hoping he learns how to read the service ticket and do all of the things listed on the service ticket. More
