Since purchasing my Pilot in 2016, AutoNation has been the only place where I have the engine serviced. I've had different/few service advisors over the years. And I really appreciate Christian - he was the only place where I have the engine serviced. I've had different/few service advisors over the years. And I really appreciate Christian - he was friendly and courteous. He kept me informed of what's going on. He did his best to resolve the popping noise I complained of since 2016 by looking up my past records and talking with his supervisor. This is the MOST any advisors had done for me. The popping/crackling noise from my dashboard is still there - I'm disappointed the manufacturer Honda has not found a fix still but I know it's not from lack of Christian at AutoNation trying. The next time I visit, I'll have to readdress the issue. I hope Christian will still be around - it so helps when good help stick around. More
I brought my civic in with air conditioning problems. I got an appt. in a couple days. They determined that it was a known issue, replaced compressor under warranty and were done before noon.
