Our service representative, Brad Skinner, was wonderful. He handled our appointment promptly and actually got us out on the street much quicker than expected. In the past we were usually very satisfied until our last two appointments when we were left parked in the yard for an hour to an hour and a half before bringing us in for an oil change and tire rotation. My last visit to service was unexpectedly great -- after checking my issue, I only needed a small creative fix rather than to buy a whole expensive part. Yes, but with a disclaimer that you need verify their work. Took 2017 Honda Pilot in for service. Service rep - great, wish I remembered his name. Mechanics - not so great (I think this is an industry problem right now). They replaced the battery (not why I took it in. had I known, would have done it myself); however, they failed to reinstall part of the air intake system they removed to access the battery, which wasn't discovered by us until a general engine check after a week and a long road trip. They did replace/reinstall the air intake part with no hassle or delay. Service also gave us two free oil changes. Service is good overall...if you keep an eye on them :) More
