Junior Teffettler took good care of me! I took my CRV in for a routine oil change and mentioned that I'd be taking a road trip. It was an expense I was not anticipating; however, I'd rather be safe than sorry. I trust their opinions and their service. I've been taking my vehicles there for 20 years. Very unfriendly - lack professionalism - certainly never felt welcome !! Upon arriving 5 or 6 maintenance advisors simply stared at me - no greeting - no welcome or what can we do for you , and I was the “o felt welcome !! Upon arriving 5 or 6 maintenance advisors simply stared at me - no greeting - no welcome or what can we do for you , and I was the “only”car inthe check in area - nearly left !!! Service worked performed was very good !!! Prices were outrageous - shocking so !!! Bought my Honda new at this dealership 10 years ago and nothing but great service, however, things appear to have changed greatly - no longer customer oriented !!! Should I be looking for new Honda dealership ???? More
