David Amerine was my advisor and I cannot praise him enough for the service that I received on this visit. It was my first experience with an auto warranty company that I contracted after my original H enough for the service that I received on this visit. It was my first experience with an auto warranty company that I contracted after my original Honda warranty expired. That company declined coverage that should have been obviously covered. David engaged Nick in the service department and together they were able to get coverage that I otherwise was not able to make happen with my provider. David and Nick were an amazing team from the beginning and through completion of the job, including necessary shuttle service for me to and from the dealership. I was kept informed during the 2 day process. Both David and Nick performed over and above what should have been expected. I learned a very important lesson in auto warranties. My warranty was not with Auto Nation, nor Honda, but it will be and I recommend that to everyone looking for auto warranty coverage…warranties are not equal! More

The service department is definitely customer oriented. I'm always well taken care of and Junior goes out of his way to make sure I'm happy. I'm kept informed on what needs to be done and the price.
