I took my 2019 Honda Ridgeline in for repair due to a recall for a hood latch problem. The appointment was scheduled promptly; there was no waiting when I arrived at the dealership, and the repair was a recall for a hood latch problem. I enjoyed complimentary coffee and a newspaper while I waited. A courtesy check of the fluid levels, filters, brakes, etc. was performed at the same time.
