I took my 2019 Honda Ridgeline in for repair due to a recall for a hood latch problem. The appointment was scheduled promptly; there was no waiting when I arrived at the dealership, and the repair was a recall for a hood latch problem. The appointment was scheduled promptly; there was no waiting when I arrived at the dealership, and the repair was accomplished in less than one hour. I enjoyed complimentary coffee and a newspaper while I waited. A courtesy check of the fluid levels, filters, brakes, etc. was performed at the same time. Of course there was no charge for these services. Thank you, AutoNation Honda for another pleasant service experience. More
I received a Safety Recall to replace a hood latch on my 2018 Ridgeline. When I called for an appointment, I was referred to Brad in Service. Brad was extremely helpful in setting up an appointment the foll 2018 Ridgeline. When I called for an appointment, I was referred to Brad in Service. Brad was extremely helpful in setting up an appointment the following day. When I arrived early, I was received without question. Brad was very personable and a real pleasure to deal with. The hood latch was replaced before I could finish my cup of coffee. I could not be more pleased with the service that I received at Honda. More
Brought in 2016 HR-V for front brake pad replacement at 50K miles. Job duration quoted @ 2 hrs; was completed in 1 1/2. I have been using this dealership for 16 years. Yesterday had oil changed in 2016 Honda Van. For the very first time ever I was not given a 10% discount. Learning that I told service person I had coupon for had oil changed in 2016 Honda Van. For the very first time ever I was not given a 10% discount. Learning that I told service person I had coupon for 10% discount. He said too late I've already processed this transaction. Not real happy with experience. He did ha get date on coupon so I can use next time. Service not the same since Mike West retired. More
