When I called in with my possible problem my call was answered right away. The person who answered the phone call was not sure what my problem was and she immediately consulted with another technician an answered right away. She also asked me when I wanted to bring my car to the dealership if suggested actions did not help. When I've brought the car to the dealership it was immediately admitted for the check up and in less then an hour I've got the answer.
