When I called in with my possible problem my call was answered right away. The person who answered the phone call was not sure what my problem was and she immediately consulted with another technician an answered right away. Recall on hood latch. Called and was given choice of my requested dates. Got one early and was told the wait to fix could be 1 to 2 hours. Went in and was meet right away. The battery in our daughters' Accord died on a Saturday afternoon. We jump started and my wife drove it to the dealership.
