I hesitated about whether I should pay the extra for the service package. I was raised to be self-sufficient and take care of my own vehicles. Hubby and I talked it over and decided that we would get the se service package. I was raised to be self-sufficient and take care of my own vehicles. Hubby and I talked it over and decided that we would get the service package just because. The second the little wrench popped up on the dash, I called the dealership. I have a bit of phone anxiety but the woman I spoke to was wonderful and set up an appointment that was convenient for me and told me not to worry if I was a few minutes early or a few minutes late, that we’re all subject to the whims of traffic. She put me at ease completely. Immediately upon arriving I was greeted warmly and spoken to like a person, not just another customer with another vehicle. I was encouraged to sit and relax and offered snacks and drinks while I waited. Instead of stressing, I found myself relaxing and getting into a book. I expected to be called over the loudspeaker or texted when my vehicle was done. Instead, the gentleman who had checked me in Remembered what I looked like and came to get me personally. I texted my husband before I left and told him that I’ll never again change my own oil in a dirty driveway or changing my own alternator on the side of the interstate, from now on we’re getting the service package on every vehicle we buy. The level of customer service and professionalism displayed put me completely at ease and made a customer for life. More
