They were extremely helpful snd attentive when I needed emergency service. I had my car serviced at a “reputable” service in Lenoir. A starter was replaced and after 4 days I brought the car back due to emergency service. I had my car serviced at a “reputable” service in Lenoir. A starter was replaced and after 4 days I brought the car back due to starter problems. The service said they could find nothing wrong. When two days later the car wouldn’t start I called Honda. They informed me that the starter was the problem as the starter installed was not adequate for my car. Honda provided me with a rental car from enterprise at their expense and fixed the car within 24 hours. Reliable, dependable, and that counts for a great deal in my book. Thank you Brandon, my service rep. He listened!! More
