1. By the time we took a “check ride” of this used vehicle, it was starting to get late on a Saturday afternoon. I was happy with my salesperson (Ana). I did feel somewhat shortchanged by the “financ vehicle, it was starting to get late on a Saturday afternoon. I was happy with my salesperson (Ana). I did feel somewhat shortchanged by the “financial guy” but to his credit it had now gotten beyond your closing time of 7:30(?) on a Saturday night. Unlike myself, I failed to read/understand all the papers I was asked to sign (I could now be in the U.S. Army or an astronaut). Who knows? I do not. POOR business practice on my part ( and his). I feel the warranty period should have been explained to me. It was more of a “I must get all the papers done and get Miller out the door so I can go home” More
