We purchased late in the evening and weren't too upset that the cleaning was less than best due ro the lateness of the day.. We returned ithe car the next day, spent 4 hours waiting for a proper detail only to wonder what they did for those 4 hours?!?! I didn't even bother to say anything because 4 hours had already been wasted with a car that still wasn't very clean. Attention to detail is key. More
