Dealer recommended maintenance oil change and tire rotation was quickly done. Service was not as attentive the second time around. First time service advisor greeted me before stepping out of vehicle rotation was quickly done. Service was not as attentive the second time around. First time service advisor greeted me before stepping out of vehicle this time had to go inside an locate an advisor. Stated I was here for an A12 service and was quoted a price. Advisor did not ask my name or check to see if I had a maintenance plan already paid up therefore no need to quote price. Also stated that it does not include cabin filter the maintenance. But upon review could have noticed that service was conducted the last time I was in therefore no need. Car was done in a timely manner. Advisor in my opinion failed to go over report like first time. Usually they perform complimentary checks on batteries tires wind shield wipers brake pads etc. none of that work was performed or discussed at pickup if it was. Maybe staff had a bad day. Need to get back to visit number 1 service was excellent that day More
