Even though I was late for my appointment, they took my car in and performed the regular maintenance which had been prepaid when I bought the car there. Previously, because of a four hour oil change at the local dealer it was necessary to drive the to another dealer out of town to get a warranty hood latch replacement. This was done in less than an ho local dealer it was necessary to drive the to another dealer out of town to get a warranty hood latch replacement. This was done in less than an hour after only an angry exchange with the service advisor which required approval from the Service Manager. All dealers seem to be a pain in the xxx about warranty work. I went back to the local dealer which I approached with some skepticism for this fuel injector warranty work. Big surprise, they replaced the fuel injectors, or at least said they did. So far the dash board lights have not illuminated. The original request for this warranty work was made to the Service Manager directly this time with good results! More
