Poor job scheduling performance. Waiting Customer should be notified for the delay. I have to inquire about my car , that’s when they worked on my car ! My Honda had a nail stuck in the rear tire, and not wanting it to go flat on me, I called the dealership to see if it could be repaired that day. Jennifer, the Service Advisor that I worked with, was wanting it to go flat on me, I called the dealership to see if it could be repaired that day. Jennifer, the Service Advisor that I worked with, was excellent in having it taken care of, keeping me informed of the repairs required, as well as scheduling the shuttle service for rides to home and back. I'm most pleased with the level of service provided by everyone at this Honda service center! More

I was having problems with my AC and the part would need to be ordered, but Elizabeth was on top of things with the part arriving in a timely fashion and setting me up to get it fixed. They have a world class Service Department . Ms. Elizabeth service adviser has been helping us for several years is very friendly and knowledgeable.
