Just my normal oil change. Satisfied with what was done. Only wish on the service sheet they give me, they would list items that need to be done with the mileage on my car and Satisfied with what was done. I have left this review to the " last chance" because I have be so angry about the whole situation. I had called ahead to made an appointment to get a 1000,000 mile service done on my 2012 Accord. I ask have be so angry about the whole situation. I had called ahead to made an appointment to get a 1000,000 mile service done on my 2012 Accord. I ask how long would such a large service would take. She said normally a hour and a half. I said I would wait for it to be done. I arrived at ten am, I told them to do all that needed to be done, They started, I waited. One and a half hours later [ at half past eleven am] the asst. service manager came and told me what needed to be done and that I could pick up the car at four pm!! I was UPSIT to say the very least!! NO ONE ever even hinted that there were "two parts" for the service work. IF I had been told what the whole procedure was I would have left the car in the morning and then come back for it. I will not go into the trouble and last minute upset that this caused in my family work schedules, because just the process of recounting all of it has brought out my anger again!! The first rule in service is. Review the WHOLE service work with the customer. Never assume. More
