Dear Auto Nation Honda, I would like to thank you for reaching back out to us. I received a phone call from the service manager Mr. Pak. He was nice enough to apologize and was very eager to make the situation up to us. I am very pleased with the agreement we reached! Honda has truly made this a more pleasant experience today. We are feeling much more confident that we can continue to take our Honda CRV back to this service department for great service.
