Very slow service, poor communication and they are good and nice when getting you buy their cars and get service paid upfront but when you come for service it takes like forever!! It took them more than 2 and nice when getting you buy their cars and get service paid upfront but when you come for service it takes like forever!! It took them more than 2 hours just to do an oil change and I missed an important appointment. I went to the service manager and all he did was give a defensive explanation, didn't even apologize for the long wait and technically asked me out of his office. More
