Took my car for numerous recalls. They were able to fix 2 out of 3 as they had no parts in stock for the 3rd recall. They promise to call me when parts got in. We will see how long that will take.

Updated Review Very please with RICO and management namely Cliff resolved my mothers issues and gave her a vehicle that’s reliable My elderly mother brought a car that was advertised as a cpo but was told is wasn’t and the engine light came on with in 2 days went to the dealer and was told that she has to pay for the 4000 repairs herself also a extended warranty was purchased as well she still does not have a car my mother has no transportation after purchasing this car and using her.only savings to buy this car no one will even return her phone calls I have done a lot of business
