Incompetent Fools The entire experience with this dealership was terrible. The moment we walked in they were not customer friendly. The car we wanted was not availabl The entire experience with this dealership was terrible. The moment we walked in they were not customer friendly. The car we wanted was not available due to a mix up and they kept trying to get us to buy another instead of fixing it and bringing the car we had asked for. Then, they made a financing mistake and tried to make us pay for something we did not need to pay for. In fact, they had told us we could not leave the dealership until it was paid. Once I paid it I miraculously got a refund of that exact amount 2 weeks later. Then, two months ago we went in to cancel some unnecessary things we had purchased like maintenance and so forth. Come to find out they NEVER did it when we went in again 2 months later to find out why it had not been credited. Nobody makes the customer feel appreciated there. The receptionist stood there talking to someone who works there while we stood there for 10 minutes before even acknowledging our presence. Not impressed and WILL NEVER go there again. More

Great efficient serviceas alaways! I Scheduled my service to coincide with a medical appointment down the road. They dropped us off at the office and returned right away when we called. Not only did the get the oil serviced but took care of the air bag recall as well. And they did a pretty good job of cleaning a car that hadn't been washed I the month's I was hospitalized. Waste of time and not worth the money!! Took my truck in twice to get looked at because of left rear wheel wobbling. FIrst time in, I was told I just needed new tires. It took all over 2 h Took my truck in twice to get looked at because of left rear wheel wobbling. FIrst time in, I was told I just needed new tires. It took all over 2 hours for them to lift my truck up and just look at tires. Got tires fixed and still had issue. Took it back in and the kept it for a whole day just to tell me that there was nothing wrong with the left side and that they couldn't duplicate what I stated was happening. As soon as I left, I felt the tire wobbling, and it wasn't suddle. They did not even take the time to actually look at my care and see what was wrong with it. Just drove it around, wasting my gas. Never going back there again. More
