Not the best customer service, my service was not explained to me, long wait even though I had appt. Watched a walk in brought in ahead of me. One customer was offered pizza in waiting room while re explained to me, long wait even though I had appt. Watched a walk in brought in ahead of me. One customer was offered pizza in waiting room while rest of us sat there (it was close to dinner time)…..mind you the lady also gave her phone number before she left. Snack bar empty so nothing to pick on. No greeting when we walked in, only one guy working while others sat around. It was not explained what they did and I had to ask if there were any concerns as it was not just offered. I am new to the area and I am honestly not sure if I will look for a new dealership or not. First impression was not a top notch one. More
