I shopped around a few different dealerships before and after going to Jim Hudson Hyundai and was very pleased with the friendliness of all the people that worked there. There was never any pressure put on me to buy a car from them which I appreciated because everywhere else they were begging me to run my credit and see what they could get me. Fred my salesman was so nice and did all he could to make me feel comfortable since this was the first time I was buying a car without the help of my parents. Jake the sales manager and Fred really helped us out and worked with us on the price and finding what I wanted. I have already started to make sure to tell everyone to go see Fred when they buy a new car. Even when I was outside waiting on the paperwork to go thru all the other salesman would so hey and make sure I didn't need anything. Overall is was the best car buying experience I could have had with buying my first car and will return to see Fred when I am ready for my second car! More

My sonata was having trouble starting. It was still under manufacturer's warranty. I called expecting to get the run around but that was not the case. I went into this dealership a couple days ago and was greeted by a friendly salesman Mr John Cook. I did not believe I could afford a new car so he showed me some used vehicles and yet treated me as wel greeted by a friendly salesman Mr John Cook. I did not believe I could afford a new car so he showed me some used vehicles and yet treated me as well as if I had been looking at the new ones. They worked hard for me but things weren't quite where I wanted them. Then we looked at the possibility of leasing a new car and everything fell into place. I ended up spending less on this new 2011 Hyundai Elantra than a used Hyundai Accent I had been looking at. Throughout the whole process, I did not feel pressured or taken advantage of because I was a woman. They gave me some for my trade in a 1986 oldmobiles and did not speak derisively of how old my trade in which I have seen done elsewhere. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend Jim Hudson's Hyundai. My only regret is I cannot remember the names of all the people that I worked with while I was there. Both Salesmen along with their Business Manager and the Numbers guy were all courteous, helpful and friendly. Thanks for a wonderful experience! More
