Since I purchased my Sante Fe in 2008 only technicians at Jim Hudson Hyundai have worked on it. Every time the maintenance is due I am always greeted by the friendly staff. They take care of me as well as my Jim Hudson Hyundai have worked on it. Every time the maintenance is due I am always greeted by the friendly staff. They take care of me as well as my Sante Fe and are there to explain or answer any questions I might have. My car always is returned to me in a short period of time and always washed. It is a great feeling to get back in the car and know everything has been checked, changed if necessary and cleaned. Went to purchase new car, had lots of options and was undecided on type, model, dealer. Met with Michael Childress and was immediately impressed! He was genuine, professional and totally did not push u undecided on type, model, dealer. Met with Michael Childress and was immediately impressed! He was genuine, professional and totally did not push us to commit or decide immediately. His demeanor was calm and non-threatening. So unlike others we have dealt with. I fell in love with the car but felt obligated to continue to look around for the best car for my needs. He was supportive and called a few days later to say, "you've tried the rest, now come buy the best!". He was very knowledgeable about Hyundai and the Sonata. Knew it inside and out, that was impressive. When I decided I wanted a black on black Limited edition, he found me one! The business manager, (Amy) was great also. She explained why (when we thought we should've had *perfect* credit, why we didn't.) Because our file was too "thin". We have made many purchases over the years, but tend to pay them off early and then close the account. She helped us to understand why that isn't always the best option. She was extremely friendly and helpful, had the papers ready, waiting for me, when arrived to pick up the vehicle. My only critic would be that as we left it, she was going to try to get us a better interest rate and call us to let us know and she didn't follow up on that. When the car didn't arrive on time, I was disappointed. Michael was off that day and so I was shuffled around from person to person to try to get an answer about when I could pick up my car. What I didn't know was that Michael had come in on his day off to try to facilitate the delivery of the vehicle and had been trying to reach me on my husband's cell phone, which was in the shop! In my opinion, That was WAY above and beyond. We enjoyed the experience greatly, almost entirely because of our dealings with Michael Childress! Would definitely use this dealer again, but only because of him. GREAT JOB, MICHAEL!! More

When I decided it was time to trade in my beloved 10 year old car, my husband & I spent a lot of time on the internet deciding which vehicles would best suit my needs. We set out Saturday visiting Jim Hudso old car, my husband & I spent a lot of time on the internet deciding which vehicles would best suit my needs. We set out Saturday visiting Jim Hudson last & although I liked each car I test drove, I didn't like each salesman. When we arrived, Eddie seemed to be waiting for me. I explained my needs, he gave me options (my first of the day - everyone else gave me one choice) & then we went for a test drive. I must say I loved the "road course". We went through back neighboroods, dodged potholes, through the esses, up hill, down hill, main roads & finally the interstate. The entire time Eddie got to hear my bad experiences of the day. I told him I was not planning to buy until the following weekend & he let me know he would be available to me when I was ready. By Sunday night I had decided I was definately going to buy from Eddie. But Sunday afternoon, my husband had found a 1 year old hyundai on a different Jim Hudson lot. Monday morning I called Eddie & told him I was ready to have my trade in appraised but (since I work out of town & couldn't get there til late) was there anyway he could have that used hyundai there for me to compare. He said absolutely & the two cars were by each other when I arrived. We went for another test drive & gave me all the time in the world to decided which one it was going to be. In the end, he sold me the car I wanted at the price I wanted to pay, the payments, the warranty & even the trade in value. Since I got there late in the afternoon & then took so much time making a decision, we were still there well past closing time finalizing the deal. And not once did anyone make me feel like I was putting them out. Thank you Jim Hudson Hyundai & especially Thank You Eddie Hinson! You made my day!!! More
My husband and I were looking for an economical car with a great look and visited this dealership to just "look". I called about the shift lock problem and they told me to come on up (about 45 miles drive). They got me in and out in about 30 minutes and were so apologetic that it took as long as it did. Okay, so in truth, I was skeptical about driving 75 miles one way to car shop because my local dealer had told me there was no way "they" would honor the price quote I'd gotten online. As such, I expected any savings to be minimal at best. Boy, were we wrong! Mark Allison and the rest of the Jim Hudson staff were GREAT! Actually, they were AWESOME! I have never had that pleasant of an experience when buying a new vehicle and I've bought six. I appreciate the professionalism and courtesy that was shown by everyone and that Mark listened to what I said I needed/wanted and acted accordingly to ensure I got the vehicle I need/want. I know where I will go when the time comes to get another vehicle...Jim Hudson Hyundai! And Mark Allison will be the salesman I ask for, too! THANKS y'all!! More

We chose an automobile that is in high demand (Hyundai Elantra), so had to wait appr recommend Jim Hudson dealership & Henry Adams as a salesperson. We chose an automobile that is in high demand (Hyundai Elantra), so had to wait approximately 3 weeks for delivery, but it was certainly worth the wait. We were kept informed as to estimated arrival date & were most pleased with the total experience. Quality all around. More
