I called for a 15 thousand mile maintenance check which consists of 11 checks with 2 possible repair or replacement. Todd Speaker said ask for him when I arrive at the dealership. I asked for him and explained again what I needed done to my car and to have a 4 wheel alignment ($59.95 with coupon) done also. Todd returns 2 and a half hours later with a $300 bill and my car is soaking wet and dirty. He had the technician change every filter on the car which is not a part of the maintenance log except the air filter and other repairs were done which were not remotely connected to this visit. My car ended up dirty and Todd trying to explain to me that he saved me money. Stay away from this place. The sales deapartment might be great but the service department is a rip off. More

This is an excellent dealer for all your Hyundai service needs in every way. The service advisor has a friendly demenor and explains in detail what work is to be done. I had first started coming to this dealer after another dealer was unable to correctly diagnose a transmission problem I had last year. At the other place after two visits the problem persisted but at Jim Hudson Hyundai they were able to diagnose and fix the problem. So the mechanics here know their stuff. More
