I bought a used car from this dealership this week. Both the dealership and the salesperson were good. This was the first, and last, time I bought a car online, sight unseen. I was surprised and disappointed to discover the car did not have a spare tire. Shame on me for not asking/looking. The bigger issue is that when I got home with the car, I discovered that each wheel has a locking lug nut and there is no key to unlock them. If I ever get a flat or need new tires I'm stuck as the wheel cannot come off. That to me is shocking and very disappointing. That's why the next time I will have to see the car in person for a very thorough inspection before agreeing to purchase.. More

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER! ! They are criminals!!! I purchased a 2024 Santa Fe from this dealer in June. The transaction was great, but that was it! I should have known so ! They are criminals!!! I purchased a 2024 Santa Fe from this dealer in June. The transaction was great, but that was it! I should have known something was wrong when I was told by SiriusXM that my car didn’t qualify for the trial. I didn’t think much of it because I already had a subscription. Here is where it gets bad. I took the car in for the 8k mile COMPLIMENTARY service and was told that the car was not eligible for complimentary service because the dealer had purchased it as part of their fleet, so the service was wiped out. AT NO TIME WAS THIS EVERY DISCUSSED DURING THE TRANSACTION, AND THAT WAS THE ENTIRE REASON I BOUGHT THE CAR AFTER SELLING MY PREVIOUS 2024 SANTA FE. I WILL BE FILING A FORMAL COMPLAINT WITH AUTONATION CORP, BUT WILL ALSO BE FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE STATE OF SOUTH CAROLINA AND HYUNDAI CORP THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE! More

They told me the car had certain features that it did not (my fault for taking them at their word and not checkin I bought a new Kona Limiter 2025. When I confronted them with it and even showed the text messages all they could say was: Yeah, sorry that happened to you, we shouldn't have done that. I did get a good price I think, but just be careful, check everything they say and make sure it is true. More

Despite being advertised as a "competitive offer" it was the lowest offer I had received yet by a large margin. Don't waste your time with these guys, there's other dealers out there that will be way more accommodating. Lol More

After bringing my Certified Pre-Owned Hyundai in for a transmission issue, I endured 18 months of failed repairs, false documentation, ignored Blvd). The dealership even reinstalled my original defective transmission without telling me. I ultimately filed a small claims suit and won a $7,420 judgment against them. Proceed with caution. More
