Reaching anyone in the service dept by calling the dept is impossible as the phones are not answered locally. I do have the cell for the service manager who I called to make the appointment for an oil chan is impossible as the phones are not answered locally. I do have the cell for the service manager who I called to make the appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Upon arriving the service manage was not on site , informed a service writer to let him know I was there when he returned..an hour later the car had not been moved to the service area. When I ask the service writer had forgotten to tell the serv mgr that I and the vehicle were on site. When ask why she did not tell the serv mgr I was onsite I received a rather terse response and attitude. The vehicle ( after locating the service manager) was taken to the shop for service. Upon returning the vehicle to me it was not washed as is part of the service due to the department being out of soap...out of soap..how's that happen? Add to that all 4 tires had different air pressures - which I did not know until the pressure indicator cycled after I had left that dealership. So , turn around and go back to take care of something that never should have happened to begin with. Ever since this dealership was sold by Jim Hudson there have been issues , the service began a downward spiral when Peacock purchased the dealership and has totally fallen off the charts since Auto Nation has taken over. In fact since Auto Nation purchased the dealership you have had two different General Managers , that does not bode well at all. We have purchased 5 Hyundai and 1 Genesis from this location but will in all likelihood purchase the next vehicle at another dealer here or will go to the Charlotte NC area vs dealing with Auto Nation. More
I was so impressed with Shane. I told him exactly what I wanted and he delivered! Very upfront, no games or gimmicks. Super personable and professional. Everyone I came in contact with was so helpful. I am a grandma and was looking for something dependable to haul my grands around with me. I had a really good friend buy from them about a year and I am a grandma and was looking for something dependable to haul my grands around with me. I had a really good friend buy from them about a year and a half ago and had a great experience. I called to inquire about a van they had listed. I received a email back within minutes. Within a few minutes I had a appointment made. When I arrived I was greeted quickly and placed with someone to help me within 2-3 minutes. He asked information to see if there was anything else they may have on the lot I would like to look at also to give me all my options. I had one of my grands with me and someone came by and took him to get a drink and a snack (he was a little impatient right after school) I thought that was so sweet. Not only did the employees answer all of my questions but they answered all of my grandsons also. I had a few mechanical questions and one of the service techs came up and answered them all. After the test drive we went over everything they did to the van since they had it and the carfax report was available for me to go over. I purchased the van that day but they had not completed the cleaning and detailing of it. I was offered to leave it so they could finish or bring it back at anytime to have it done but they wanted to complete the job. I appreciate everything they did for me and would HIGHLY recommend them if you are looking for a vehicle. More

Incredibly difficult to get an appointment. Had to speak to the service manager, Randall to get one. Randall was going to look into the booking issues. After he set me up with an appointment, I dropped my car off and picked it up the next day. Everything else went smoothly. The only other issue, which is not the fault of the dealership, was all of the overnight envelopes are sealed already due to the SC humidity. I had to rip it open to get the key in and fold it a couple times to make sure they key didn’t fall out. More
