I was in a tough situation, needing to trade in a car that had been vandalized. Everyone was very helpful, especially Frank in service and Shy in sales. Used car manager was also helpful. The only small issue is that I think the original equipment tires in the car I bought had been switched out for lower quality Dunlaps. I did not notice this until I got the car home. Thanks. More

To be completely honest we had to do all the work. We found the car, we made all the calls, we worked through the numbers. While we understand that the market is crazy right now it just wasn’t a very good experience. The dealership itself was kind of in shambles as well. Our sales guy (Tristen) was nice but all the sale people around seemed to have a bad attitude. Some were even joking around unprofessionally in the cube next to us. When we FINALLY got in to talk to the finance guy he was incredibly slow and kept getting frustrated with his computer (at one point enough to scare our child). I know it’s his job to sell us extra stuff but how many times do you have to say no?? After being there for several hours we gave him a time limit for when I had to be out and somehow things magically started to move forward. All this to say, it wasn’t a great experience. Tristen was nice but other than that this place was severely lacking. More

The Service Persons were Great. The Service Techs in the back did a great job also as my car without an appt was only there for 1 hour. I really appreciate the fact that I was able The Service Techs in the back did a great job also as my car without an appt was only there for 1 hour. I really appreciate the fact that I was able to get my yearly visit done (oil change and tire rotation) done without an appt and be in and out within an hour. The lounge also was nice and clean also with snacks, coffee and hot chocolate available and water. I wish they would have tea available as not everyone drinks coffee. But they did a fantastic job.
