I went in for routine service and it was quick however when I start my car it’s still telling me how many miles until my next service. * Couldn't ask any questions before booking appointment about pricing etc. * I DID have really good contact with my service person Jillian Armstrong. * My door paint was scratched at every point where t about pricing etc. * I DID have really good contact with my service person Jillian Armstrong. * My door paint was scratched at every point where the snap pins are located holding on the interior of the door. Must have used a screwdriver and not a plastic body pry tool. Even I have a cheap set of those. * Mechanic left a 2 foot long tool in the engine bay at the radiator. A flexible magnetic grabber tool that I didn't find that till I got home. Good thing the radiator didn't get a hole punched through it. * Your TPI scan tool was down so I didn't get all the work done as planned but tool breakdowns happen. More

The salesman Shy was very nice and helpful,but the finance person was not friendly at all. When I refused to buy the extended warranty, he stopped talking to me.
