I went in for routine service and it was quick however when I start my car it’s still telling me how many miles until my next service. That seems like it would be something you would automatically clear o when I start my car it’s still telling me how many miles until my next service. * Couldn't ask any questions before booking appointment about pricing etc. * I DID have really good contact with my service person Jillian Armstrong. * My door paint was scratched at every point where t about pricing etc. * I DID have really good contact with my service person Jillian Armstrong. * My door paint was scratched at every point where the snap pins are located holding on the interior of the door. Must have used a screwdriver and not a plastic body pry tool. Even I have a cheap set of those. * Mechanic left a 2 foot long tool in the engine bay at the radiator. A flexible magnetic grabber tool that I didn't find that till I got home. Good thing the radiator didn't get a hole punched through it. * Your TPI scan tool was down so I didn't get all the work done as planned but tool breakdowns happen. More

He was able to assist in finding our car, contacting us & keeping in touch with us about the status of the arrival of the vehicle and then Wiggins! The salesman Shy was very nice and helpful,but the finance person was not friendly at all. When I refused to buy the extended warranty, he stopped talking to me. Three days before, my husband bought Santa Fe, and it was exactly the same. Shy was extremely nice and helpful and professional, the same finance person was not friendly. More
