The salesman Shy was very nice and helpful,but the finance person was not friendly at all. When I refused to buy the extended warranty, he stopped talking to me. I did not have good experience with this dealership at all. Not just the agent, but the managers also did not behave respectfully. They suggested me a financing APR that I approved and they ran my credit. all. Not just the agent, but the managers also did not behave respectfully. I had a solid sales experience, in fact Shy was annoyingly relatable so naturally I felt the need to give her a hard time.
