I had a solid sales experience, in fact Shy was annoyingly relatable so naturally I felt the need to give her a hard time. In the past I loved dealing with Jim Hudson. They were efficient and courteous. They washed and vacuumed my car. The only thing I found that was somewhat decent was the salesman Nolan! Other than that, my experience was pretty bad! Mainly because of a manager that doesn't know how to talk to people!
