The only thing I found that was somewhat decent was the salesman Nolan! Other than that, my experience was pretty bad! Mainly because of a manager that doesn't know how to talk to people! I use to be a salesman in a dealership that trained and let the salesman make the decision on making the deal with the customer. This made the decision fast and made the customer more comfortable. I am against a salesman having to disappear for up to twenty minutes to get a price from a sales manager. But this transition “even though a sales manager was involve” went very smooth and quick. If I was to buy another Hyundai I would definitely use this dealership. More
