Arrived at 13:41 pm Dec 06 2021. Departed 16:53 pm Dec 06 2021. Two other customers had appointments at 2:00 pm. One customer was at Service Center when we arrived. We questioned timeframe about 15:30. Was told we were next to be serviced. Questioned again about 16:10, along with one other customer with 2:00 pm appointment time. She was also told she was next in line. As we were waiting in service lobby area, both cars were driven to the service area. The first customer was still in the waiting area. We were notified at about 4:50 that our vehicle was ready. The first customer was told at the same time that her vehicle was ready. The third customer was also told her vehicle was ready. When we left, both customers were still waiting for the keys and paperwork for their vehicles. We will NOT return to this dealership for service for our Hyundai Santa Fe. Service personnel was very professional and polite. Three customers scheduled for service at same time is not acceptable. Had we not questioned the timeframe for the completion of our service, how much more time would we have had to wait? More

Great place to purchase a car! Lawrence was an awesome salesperson. He was very knowledgeable about Hyundais, was happy to answer all my questions and truly seemed to care about what I needed in a vehicle salesperson. Found myself in a bind with no time to do much shopping or order a vehicle after someone rear-ended and totaled my car (and couldn’t find a rental available anywhere between Columbia and Augusta). Had been to several different dealerships in Aiken and Augusta and had even called some dealerships in Charleston. AutoNation Hyundai in Columbia was the only dealership I contacted that was not charging above MSRP for market adjustment (or adding tons of ridiculous fees). I know the market is crazy right now and most dealerships only have a few new vehicles on the lot (and I do understand supply and demand), but I had a hard time with the thought of paying MSRP, much less several thousand more than MSRP. Had been looking at the 2022 Tuscon, but Kyle talked me into coming in to test drive a 2022 Santa Fe Calligraphy. It had more room and more horsepower (previously accustomed to driving a V6 or a V8) and no plastic around the wheel wells or anywhere else (that stuff discolors and looks terrible after a few years!). Was very impressed with all of the features (particularly the safety features) for the price, and I had even looked at a new Lexus and Volvo. Kyle and Joe were very friendly (they weren’t pushy) and helpful in assisting me with picking out and purchasing a vehicle. Bought my first Hyundai (owned Toyotas for the last 30 years)! More

I can honestly say that of all the cars I have ever purchased in my life, I have never had a more pleasant experience when looking for a new car. I never felt rushed or pressured by Mr. Coleman or any purchased in my life, I have never had a more pleasant experience when looking for a new car. Quite the opposite, he is the only sales rep I have ever met who thoroughly instructed me on all applications of The new vehicle, before I even did my test drive. I was totally comfortable! To me, the amount of respect I received from the sales rep is a direct reflection of the dealership.I am very impressed! More

Took way too long for an oil change, tire rotation and software updates. Two plus hours. In looking at your roster I see a familiar name "Brian Luberto".
