He's a plain-speaking automotive sales professional, who is honest, and does what he says he's going to do. The F&I Manager that I worked with was also great; he didn't attempt to "upsell" me on products or services I didn't need. Peacock Hyundai of Columbia is a joke. Every single person that works there is a joke. They'll kiss a$$ before you buy a car but after you sign that contract and walk out they don't give a crap about y person that works there is a joke. Extreamly Unprofessional. I would not do business with them again. I was in the process of purchasing a used vehicle from them and I was coming from out of state. Half way to the dealership I get a phone call back and they tell me they can no longer sell me the car and that they are gonna increase the price of the car by 3000. The car had already been listed for a week and I had already confirmed before getting on the road. I ask why and they hang up and never call back. I wasted a trip to South Carolina just to have them try to upsale a vehicle once they noticed people wanted to buy it. This is extremely unprofessional and I was highly disappointed in the lack of communication and poor ethical decision. The sales manager is selfish for this decision. More
