My experience at peacock Hyundai was great one. When I arrived at the dealership, Christian immediately came out to help. He was friendly and offer to show us the Lincoln MKC we were interested in. We took a test drive and told were we needed the numbers to be. We got the payment to were we needed them be, set up the insurance, and the car detailed, ready to drive it home. Non Caring Sales Team I just bought a new 2019 Sonata Limited. The next day I reported the low beam lights have spots in the shape of half circles without light. It also ha I just bought a new 2019 Sonata Limited. The next day I reported the low beam lights have spots in the shape of half circles without light. It also has a distinct dark line that you cannot see above. Very Dangerous. I looked this up and it has been reported in many Limited Sonatas. I called the day after purchase and no one returned my call, including my salesman, Shaun Miller, I drove up there the following day and 3 hours later they gave me another car to drive while they kept it 4 days, but the night I received it back I realized the headlight issue was worse and not fixed. The service team members are nice and are trying but there appears to be no fix. I have called the sales manager Craig for days and he will not return a call. If I drive to the dealership he will talk to me but just refers me to the service department. After calling 3 times today for Craig, another sales manager (not Craig) returned my call with a nice service manager. They will pick it up tomorrow and try to fix it again but stated they did not know if they could fix it. They stated they probably will allow me to trade it in on another car if they cannot fix it but will not return my money. Not sure if I want another Sonata since this is a common problem. I will update this post with the resolution, good or bad. Test drive your car at NIGHT. They apparently have major issues with their headlights. They will not tell you of these issues even if it makes your car not safe. More

I had a very good experience at peacock Hyundai. I left my car there the night before without an appointment and they promptly got back to me the next day stating they were washing it up now and it was rea my car there the night before without an appointment and they promptly got back to me the next day stating they were washing it up now and it was ready to go. When I picked it up I spoke with Ms. Feko who was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. From 1 to 10.....I would rate my overall experience a 10 . I will definitely be back when my car needs servicing. This was far from the experience I had with the previous owners of this dealership More
