They have no idea what cars are on their lot, and they will go to make a deal on one and it will suddenly not be there, then they won't know which colors they have. Then they will have to be asked to find out which colors are available in the trim you agreed to. When working via phone after coming to terms, they will dilly dally around all day and then only reply to you after you contact them back once again for a simple answer to which colors of that car are on the lot. You will NOT be their priority. And good luck if you're working a deal over the phone after visiting. If there is a warm body at the dealership, you will be put last. I honestly thought they were better than that, but they have demonstrated many times over in the last few hours their degree of professionalism (or lack there of). I worked with the sales manager, Craig Smith (who is exceptionally unhelpful and someone who carelessly says things that he will not follow through with- such as "I'll check and call you back in a few minutes"). I heard that one line three times in two hours and never once did it happen. I also tried to work with Jason Milton in sales. We came to terms on a car via phone, then later the car is suddenly not there, then he is checking while I am on the phone. Then he says he will check and call me right back. I'm waiting on standby to hear that they have any color in that trim so I can come up to the dealership. There are other things I would gladly be doing, but they don't mind putting me aside. After an hour of "checking what colors" they had, I texted my sales person. He told me he ended up helping other customers that walked in. That is unacceptable. JUST TELL ME IF THERE IS A CAR I CAN BUY! Truly the poorest example of customer service. I truly hope you have a better experience than I did. They do not care about "earning my business" or anyone that I know's business. I will make sure others know to go elsewhere, they don't want your business. More

Rachel Crawford is the epitome of customer service...she went out of her way to be sure all was well...she took over when one of the service reps made a remark at 430pm..well I don't think we have a technic went out of her way to be sure all was well...she took over when one of the service reps made a remark at 430pm..well I don't think we have a technician here...sent me thru the roof...she saw the exchange and intervened and was tremendous...I drive seeing hospice patients all day and I have to have my car. Oh, After losing acceleration power on I-26 outside of Columbia SC, what do you do when you have a packed Santa Fe with a couple of bikes on the back. Oh, and it’s Saturday afternoon and you have another 4 hrs to drive to get to your vacation destination? You slowly backtrack to Peacock Hyundai and deal with Chris Thompson. Chris passed on his lunch to drive crosstown to locate the replacement fuel pump and see that our car was repaired and safe to continue our drive before the service department closed for the weekend.. We can’t thank Chris and his team enough for their efforts to get an out of town traveler safely on his way. Thank you Chris and the Peacock Hyundai SC service team!! More
