Excellent experience!! Vlad greeted me at the door when I arrived and gave me excellent customer every step of the way! My favorite part of the experience...I picked out my Sonata on August 20th but they didn't have one in stock so Vlad found one and had it brought in for me. I told him I was naming her Luna in honor the the upcoming eclipse. On August 22nd Vlad text me (I told him I respond quicker to text messages) and told me Luna was ready. I couldn't believe he remembered her name!! I thought that proved that he listens to his customers. Thanks for everything Vlad! More
