Surprising, awsome, experience! I called the service department and spoke to Chris about my daughter's car. It had about 69,000 miles on it and when I drove it recently, it had a lo I called the service department and spoke to Chris about my daughter's car. It had about 69,000 miles on it and when I drove it recently, it had a lot of hesitation and seemed to be cutting out as you mash the accelerator. Chris told me to drop it off Sunday night and put a note on the envelope "Attention Chris" before I put it in the drop box. Monday morning I got a call from Chris confirming that he got the car and would put it through a diagnostic test to see what was causing the hesitation. He told me the price of that test and I told him to proceed and do what it takes to get it right for my daughter. Monday afternoon about 3:15 I got a call from Chris telling me my car was ready. I told him I would pick it up Tuesday morning and he said that would be fine. When I asked him what all they had to do to it, he told me that they changed the brake sensor and everything is working fine and it is all covered under warranty. When I picked it up, it had been washed, it ran perfectly, and I am still in disbelief how amazingly accommodating and compassionate everyone I spoke with was at this dealership. It's a pleasure to deal with Jim Hudson I told both Chad, who helped me the first day I was just looking, and Tom, who sold me my Tucson, that I had had bad experiences at other dealers. I I told both Chad, who helped me the first day I was just looking, and Tom, who sold me my Tucson, that I had had bad experiences at other dealers. I was able to negotiate decent deals on two cars, and then was treated in a sexist and demeaning way. No one at Jim Hudson did that! No one told me my preferences, even as to color, didn't matter in the deal, nor did anyone tell me they had been "more than patient" with me by taking me on two test drives, both of which happened at other dealers. I think the Hyundai brand and reliability is at the same level Toyota was when I bought my first one in the early 1980s. I was given highest recommendations for the car, and would do that but also give the highest recommendation for this dealership. Thank you! More
