Took the car in and upon inspection, Doug explained the steering coupler was worn and needed replacing; it was done in a timely manner while I waited and the part/labor were covered under warranty. Always good service Had a routine oil change and check on my Genesis, and was told the injectors needed cleaning. I agreed and a little later the cabin filter for the a/c Had a routine oil change and check on my Genesis, and was told the injectors needed cleaning. I agreed and a little later the cabin filter for the a/c was brought to me and looked bad. I replaced it as well. The fact they ask and show the issues is great, and allows for an informed decision.
