I shouldn't take over a month to get a refund someone is not trained. When I talk to them in person they tell you the same old thing, they don't return phone calls or pick their phone when I call. WHAT'S going on. Maybe my credit card company can get through. More

The service was done in a timely manner, and since I had to wait for this to be completed, I was grateful. The service writer was friendly and pleasant. Our car broke down on the interstate and we were towed to this dealership. Our issue was diagnosed immediately and within the week, we were back on the road. The staff person Holly was competent and cordial. She listen attentively to my concerns. The main concern was the inability to easily contact anyone at the Columbia service department. I had to go through an uncaring system numerous times to reach a person who could only set up an appointment. I was without my car for 4 1/2 for a electrical problem. This new contact system is frustrating and not consumer friendly. Definitely not the personal contact Hyundai used to have. More
