The service I experienced at AutoNation was a very long and untimely wait. My appointment was at 3:30 and I didn’t leave until 6:45! I was there for an oil change and for them to look at my transmission. They changed the oil and also worked on some recalls I wasn’t aware of. I was told I need a $425 transmission flush. I don’t think I’ll be going back there for that unless I can leave my car for the weekend. More

I arrived at 1:35 pm for a 1:50 pm appt for 30,000 mile service (Oil change & tire rotation - free service) Check for service necessary per recommended mileage. 2 hours later at 3:26pm I received a te service (Oil change & tire rotation - free service) Check for service necessary per recommended mileage. 2 hours later at 3:26pm I received a text from Autonation that my car was in the service bay. At 3:53 my service was completed. Service waiting time was totally ridiculous. This was my 2nd visit at Autonation for service. Time spent in waiting for simple service visits were both unacceptable. I have had Hyundai cars since 2012 in NC with no service wait time issues. I moved to SC in 2022 & have had terrible experience with Autonnation service wait times. I will be searching for a different dealership for my future service needs. More
