I had a recall appointment that I thought would take an hour. I was there over 3 hours, with no explanation, and after 2 1/2 hours, they came up and me my name - I don’t think they had started it at that hour. I scheduled service for two repairs- one for a malfunctioning mirror, one for a malfunctioning passenger door (does not unlock automatically). They said the door actuator part would be in the following week and they would call me to schedule the service. Three weeks later, I've called many times. Only once have I spoken to an individual, who said they would look up the status, but after 15 minutes on hold, I hung up. Three times in the last two days I've called through the sales department (they answer the phone!), and was told that they would contact service, contact the General Manager, text service....and still no response. (The dealer sent several emails saying they wanted feedback! Sorry it can't be a better review.) More

Staff was cold and unwelcoming, an employee came from outside to get someone to check me in when there was someone at the desk who refused to even acknowledge me. The service department needs to be improved, personnel. I have spoken with the relatively new service manager and he is trying to make improvements.
