Rachel Crawford is the epitome of customer service...she went out of her way to be sure all was well...she took over when one of the service reps made a remark at 430pm..well I don't think we have a technic went out of her way to be sure all was well...she took over when one of the service reps made a remark at 430pm..well I don't think we have a technician here...sent me thru the roof...she saw the exchange and intervened and was tremendous...I drive seeing hospice patients all day and I have to have my car. PA Traveler Saved by Peacock Hyundai After losing acceleration power on I-26 outside of Columbia SC, what do you do when you have a packed Santa Fe with a couple of bikes on the back. Oh, After losing acceleration power on I-26 outside of Columbia SC, what do you do when you have a packed Santa Fe with a couple of bikes on the back. Oh, and it’s Saturday afternoon and you have another 4 hrs to drive to get to your vacation destination? You slowly backtrack to Peacock Hyundai and deal with Chris Thompson. Chris passed on his lunch to drive crosstown to locate the replacement fuel pump and see that our car was repaired and safe to continue our drive before the service department closed for the weekend.. Hyundai Recalls Had an appointment for 2 recalls. I also received a free oil change and was on my way in about an hour. Much faster than the estimate.
