Poor service My car broke down so I had it towed to you..My car was there for 3 days.The service personnel Adam was very rude..When I spoke with him I asked him to My car broke down so I had it towed to you..My car was there for 3 days.The service personnel Adam was very rude..When I spoke with him I asked him to but all the old parts in the boxes so I could show my dealer in WV .He just put them in the back of my car and it cut the back door.. After paying 2089.00. I drove it home what a horrible drive I had. So it had to go back to the shop in WV.The right ball joint was so warn out .This should have been seen at your shop. So it cost me another 750.00 to fix it.I feel if your shop check things out before I left there you would have seen this and fixed it. I feel you should refund for all my labor and frontline service and for them to see what you all missed More

The first one was replaced under warranty, but Hyundai refused to replace the other three (with the same defect) because of high mileage. The Peacock Service Department has done more than expected to help me afford the replacement handles. They have always been professional and friendly. Finally, the customer check-in area and waiting room are well designed and always spotless. More

Annoyed Normally, I have no issues. However, I went in for an oil change, and asked they look to see if my engine light was on due to this. Also, that my wind Normally, I have no issues. However, I went in for an oil change, and asked they look to see if my engine light was on due to this. Also, that my windshield wiper fluid hasn’t been working since my last visit. I got a call back and said they were charging me $65 for diagnostic which I wasn’t previously informed, $365 to fix my washer pump (when it hasn’t worked since my last visits), and $725 to fix my transmission temperature sensor. I feel as if I shouldn’t be charged the diagnostic fee or for the washer pump. I will not go back for service unless Wyatt is working. He is always kind, courteous, and amazing customer service. I will more then likely not choose Hyundai to fix my car. More
