I had made an appointment to take my vehicle in to simply have a diagnostic on the transmission. It took 2 1/2 weeks to get an appointment and then the vehicle sat on the lot for 8 days without being looked have a diagnostic on the transmission. It took 2 1/2 weeks to get an appointment and then the vehicle sat on the lot for 8 days without being looked at. It was a straightforward issue, but if we can’t run a two hour diagnostic on a car for almost a month, then it would be better to set the appointment up for a month out. I’m a lucky person that has a spare vehicle and was able to return my car to the purchasing dealership for another, but not everyone is that lucky…. I will be looking at a different Hyundai dealership from here on for my warranty needs. More

Auto Nation Hyundai’s service department are top shelf. They handled our issues with Hyundai directly to get this problem resolved. Ms Holly kept me informed and updated often, without my calling her for updates, as to my cases progress. What started out as a frustrating nightmare ended with a great experience at Auto Nation Hyundai. More
I brought my Hyundai there for them to diagnose a problem, the service lady said I had to leave it at least 7 days before they would start in it. I asked what if I had an appointment, she said appoi problem, the service lady said I had to leave it at least 7 days before they would start in it. I asked what if I had an appointment, she said appointment was only for a time to drop it off and would still have to leave it at least 7 days before they would start on it. I bought the car there, this is the service they provide. This is a great reason NOT to buy any vehicle from them. I called another dealer, they said they would start on it within an hour, so I took it there. More
