Surprising, awsome, experience! I called the service department and spoke to Chris about my daughter's car. It had about 69,000 miles on it and when I drove it recently, it had a lo I called the service department and spoke to Chris about my daughter's car. It had about 69,000 miles on it and when I drove it recently, it had a lot of hesitation and seemed to be cutting out as you mash the accelerator. Chris told me to drop it off Sunday night and put a note on the envelope "Attention Chris" before I put it in the drop box. Monday morning I got a call from Chris confirming that he got the car and would put it through a diagnostic test to see what was causing the hesitation. He told me the price of that test and I told him to proceed and do what it takes to get it right for my daughter. Monday afternoon about 3:15 I got a call from Chris telling me my car was ready. I told him I would pick it up Tuesday morning and he said that would be fine. When I asked him what all they had to do to it, he told me that they changed the brake sensor and everything is working fine and it is all covered under warranty. When I picked it up, it had been washed, it ran perfectly, and I am still in disbelief how amazingly accommodating and compassionate everyone I spoke with was at this dealership.
